The Magic of Plants
Plant medicine has been used for thousands of years around the world before hospitals existed. Herbalism relies on studying plants for their healing properties, but our practice goes one step further to learn how certain dosages work synergistically with conventional medical treatment to produce the best results. We draw from extensive, peer-reviewed research to administer herbs in a way that is medically monitored.

Our approach draws from every major system of world medicine including North American Indigenous traditions, Chinese Medicine, Korean Medicine, Ayurveda, Bush Medicine, Mexican Traditional Medicine, Ancient Egyptian traditions and Persian Medicine. We spend about 20-40 hours a week keeping up with the latest medical research, examining how herbs and plants from these cultures are demonstrating tangible results in human trials.

Sometimes, the way a herb is prepared affects how it operates within the body. A herb can be consumed raw, sun-dried, as a tincture, tea or oil. Each application is suited to a different purpose and the recommendation of herbs to our clients is highly customized based on their bloodwork, age, medications, etc.
